Borgo San Marco sits on 65 acres in the Puglia countryside, a former 500+ year old garrison for the Knights of Malta that's been carefully converted into one of the region's most beautiful guest home hotels. The property still runs its own olive oil production alongside a pool, spa, and a buffet that ranks among the best meals I've had. The shoot was built to capture all of it: the architecture, the grounds, the specific quiet of a place that's stood for centuries.

Beyond the property itself, the collection maps what's reachable within an hour. Matera, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, sits close by, along with the trulli homes and coastal towns like Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, and Monopoli. The idea was to give the hotel a visual case for itself as a home base, not just a place to sleep but a launch point for the whole region.
