Throughout my trip to Japan I was most captivated by the lighting. The amount of neon, lamps, and low lighting mixed into every inch of the city blew me away. Pops of vibrant color, foreign symbols, and insane graphics all commanded attention and had to be captured. Japan is a place that can be so futuristic, so traditional, so clean, and so gritty all at the same time. My photography style during this trip is documentary style; focusing on lines and perspective, shot and edited to imitate the way it felt to be there.
